[Don E. Truax Collection, 1862-1899].

A typescript copy of Abram Woodward's journal from the the Civil War, 1896. He served with the Michigan 19th Infantry, Company K, was captured in 1863, sent to Libby Prison, and was paroled March, 1863. Maynard Woodard's letters, 1898-1899, written while serving with Nebraska 1st Volunteer Infantry, Company D, during Spanish-American War. (All photocopies).
